Lafayette, Colorado (October 22, 2020)—bulb Digital Portfolios, the leader in digital portfolio software education, is honored to partner with TechBridge, Inc. a 20-year old non-profit based in Atlanta, Georgia, whose goal is to break the cycle of generational poverty through the innovative use of technology to transform nonprofit and community impact.
TechBridge applies its solutions, collaborative community programs and direct services in four specific areas: Hunger Relief, Homeless Support, Social Justice, and Workforce Development. bulb is working directly with the TechBridge team to address the fourth pillar – Workforce Development. TechBridge’s Technology Career Program (TCP) is a free 16-week program, focused on providing underserved and under-skilled adults with the opportunity to enter the technology industry, by helping them obtain coveted technical certifications, from partners like Microsoft.
TechBridge also partners with Goodwill of North Georgia and the local business community, to provide students with life support and business skills. TechBridge’s partnership with bulb has helped to greatly improve the TCP student experience by providing digital portfolios to every participant in the program.
