(Florence, AZ) April 18, 2019 – bulb Digital Portfolios announced a partnership with Pinal County School Office Education Service Agency (PCSOESA) to provide students across Arizona with a digital portfolio to support the development of skills for the future. The partnership supports a number of statewide initiatives ranging from STEM initiatives to Career and Technical Education programs in order to document ongoing professional development.
“We are focused on making sure all students in Arizona get an education infused with leading-edge solutions. In partnership with bulb Digital Portfolios, students can create a complete record of their work to use for life,” said Jill Broussard, Superintendent of Pinal County Schools. “Digital portfolios align with the attainment and workforce goals we have in Pinal County. Partnerships like this make supporting teachers in the tall order of inspiring and empowering students possible.”
Schools and districts have access to special pricing, professional development, implementation support and training for teachers when purchasing bulb Digital Portfolios through PCSOESA.
“It’s a pleasure to support PCSOESA and to help advance their mission of helping students tell their whole learning story with a bulb digital portfolio,” said Andrew Cary, Senior Vice President of Strategy and Partnerships at bulb. “Working together, we’ll help schools across Arizona continue to modernize and adopt the use of digital portfolios to record a student’s complete body of work – academic-oriented work and beyond.”
With a bulb digital portfolio, every student will have a place where they can collect digital evidence of their learning (images, videos, documents, audio, embeds), curate a body of work to demonstrate growth and share that work for feedback.
